Yoga has changed my life ~ yoga is life! It’s easy to practice it on the mat. A little harder in real life. But Jen provides guidance in a way that connects the movements and breath on the mat to a way of experiencing life off of the mat. She is truly an inspiration. She leads with compassion, contentment, and gratitude and encourages others to live the same way. Thanks, Jen for sharing your passion with us. The world is a better place because of you!!
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences, Angela and Wendy. So powerful to share with one another and get to practice together!
Yoga with Jen has helped me tremendously with my menopause symptoms. The gentle movements and stretches have reduced the aches and pains in my body especially my back and hips. Jen has taught me “to breathe” which calms my mind, I find myself practicing “breathing” throughout my days. Her words of self compassion are something that we all should hear and practice. I didn’t realize how much I needed to hear them, especially when you are taking care of others and not able to focus on yourself as much. I feel calm and relaxed after class and I have more energy the next day. Thanks Jen!!
I am so happy to be a part of Jen’s yoga classes. I realized that I needed to invest time into my own wellness and self care this year. My physical body does a lot on a daily basis that I take for granted. The older that I get, the more deeply I understand the importance of treating my body kindly. Jen’s yoga class makes space for that with gentle stretching, supportive words, laughter and great quotes! I look so forward to these classes in my own space yet connected to friends everywhere.
Thank you for sharing Barb, Jody, Maria and Mama Yost – (I didn’t make her share folks haha). I appreciate hearing your experiences. So grateful we get to practice together! <3
