  • Your Joyful Wellness Member Discounts all in one spot...we have some wonderful discount partners already and will be adding more over time.
  • A quick and easy Bring a Friend form. As a Joyful Wellness Yoga Member, you can invite friends to join one class for free courtesy of you (one class per friend, invite as many friends as you like!). With a few simple clicks you can wing the info to me and I'll get a friend invited to join you for a free class any time you like!

I am new this Fall to Jen’s classes, but I look forward to knowing that I will have at least a few hours every week of calm, joy, and centered thought – time to block out the whirlwind of life. Thank you, Jen for bringing the calming moments of feeling restored and rejuvenated.

I have been practicing yoga under Jen’s guidance for 11 years. Yoga has enabled me to learn better body movement and breathing techniques as I powered through a few health issues and surgeries. Jen always uses caring teaching methods as she guides the class through the yoga sessions. Her sense of humor plus her yoga knowledge encourages me to strive to be a better yoga student.
