Beginning Mindful Movement & Yoga Class

This six week series will give a safe, fun and solid foundation for beginning a Mindful Movement/Gentle Yoga practice with attention to safety, stress relief and enjoyment!  Also a great way to rekindle your practice and reconnect with fundamentals even if you have practiced before!  

6 week series – Wednesdays 5:30-6:45pm

Beginning Mindful Movement Series

Restful Sleep

Learn simple, effective techniques and practices to help increase your ability to experience restful sleep. Whether you have difficulty falling asleep or going back to sleep after waking up in the night, we will explore breath practices, stretches and simple yoga poses, natural supplements and other proven tips and techniques to help. You’ll leave with a tool bag filled with strategies and practices to support yourself and your loved ones to experience and enjoy more restful sleep!

Reiki Level One Training with Jen Yost

Learn Simple, Powerful Healing Techniques for Self-Care and for Loved Ones (including Pets!)

Reiki is a powerful, yet gentle and simple hands-on practice that can be used to offer support to yourself or loved ones to help ease anxiety, reduce stress, & promote peace, well-being and healing. I often use Reiki to help alleviate tension, pain and stress, and love being able to offer this simple, calming practice to my loved ones when they are unwell in some way. 

Come learn more about what Reiki is and how you can use it for self healing and to offer healing and support to loved ones (including furry friends!). Participants will receive a Reiki I certificate upon completion of the class.
