Jen Yost is the Owner and Chief Joy Spreader at Joyful Wellness. She is on a mission to practice and share as much joy and wellbeing as possible during her journey on the planet!
Jen is a lifelong student of joy and optimal health and wellbeing. She has been teaching, practicing and studying Yoga for nearly two decades, and holds a 500 hour professional level yoga teaching certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. A journey of stress, depression, along with physical pain and anxiety led Jen to Yoga, Meditation, Coaching and Zen awareness practice as taught by Cheri Huber. She fell in love with practicing and sharing these powerful tools as a lifelong path for tapping into our inherent potential for healing, well-being and joy no matter what challenges we face.
No need to be a pretzel or stand on your head, Jen endeavors to teach every class with compassion, fun and heart, in a way that is accessible to everyone. Jen offers her signature style of gentle, yet powerful Mindful Movement to help alleviate stress, pain, tension and bring peace, flexibility and wellbeing.
Jen is also a Certified Life Coach and Health Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, and a rep for her favorite research-based natural skin care & health and wellness supplements.
